We stayed for 3 nights and the room was great! It overlooked the dog park and was quiet. Try not to get a room facing 3rd as it's really loud. Parked my car in the lot across the street. When leaving, my car had been spray painted with black paint. The bell town quickly reimbursed my cost of the repair..thank you! The hotel is perfect for easy walking distances to everything. Would definitely stay again..but park the car somewhere safer..

We stayed for New Years 2013/2014 and it was very nice. Clean rooms, helpful staff, right in the middle of the new and improved "Denny Regrade" area we call Bell town. Close to great spots like the "2 Bells Tavern" Bedlam Coffee, Mama's etc. walking distance to everything else.

Room Tip: Pick one on the courtyard to avoid street noise. Pick one on the street side for street views.

The Belltown Inn is a nice, clean hotel within walking distance of lots of fun bars & restaurants. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Ask for a courtyard room to avoid street noise.

Right in the heart of Belltown on an avenue with plenty of bus service; close to a number of nice restaurants, bars, and boutique shops; and clean and comfortable with coffee makers and microwave ovens in the room. The staff is very friendly, particularly for a decent-sized hotel. The price really cannot be beat for the area. Look out at Belltown from the rooftop deck and you will see lots of cranes and new buildings going up, so construction noise can be an issue. Best to request a courtyard-facing room if you want quiet. This place is definitely going to be my standard digs for Seattle.

Room Tip: Request a courtyard-facing room to avoid noise.

Nice location halfway between Seattle Center and downtown. Very limited parking, plan to use street parking if you arrive late in day. My room wasn't huge but was very comfortable. The remodeling work was very well done with great fixtures, furniture, tile/grout work, everything. Fridge in room with a couple sodas (nice touch), coffee w Starbucks packets ready to go, comfy bed, ceiling fan (my guess is that it gets warm in here in summer). My south-facing room looked over a park and there was a lot of dog barking late in the evening, not a highlight. Part of hotel seems residential, part travelers. Breakfast/coffee place right next door, being remodeled this month (Jan 2014). Got a good deal thru internet, wouldn't want to pay Westin-type rates for the Belltown, different animals.

After looking at Tripadvisor, we decided to book the Belltown Inn. It was close to the Clipper ferry terminal where we were boarding to go to Victoria. On our return to Seattle, we booked at the hotel where we gathered with other friends to attend a wedding. We requested that all the rooms - 6 rooms - be located near each other. The management and staff were extremely accommodating and we all had our rooms in a section of the hotel. The rooms are small, but very clean. This is definitely a diamond in the rough. The Belltown area will soon be 'the' place to be and the Belltown Inn should definitely be considered. The hotels is within walking distance to just about everything - Space Needle, Westlake shopping, Pike Market and many fabulous restaurants. Thank you to the staff and management for making our stay at the Inn great.
