Terrific location at very good (for Seattle) price. Within walking distance of Pike Place Market and waterfront, Space Needle and many restaurants and bars (neither right on premises and Lucy's Corner next door was inexplicably closed one A.M. when I wanted breakfast, but open when I returned from another restaurant. One word of caution though: it is on the periphery of the action so not so comfortable vibe after dark. Dog park right across the street and they do accept pets with previous arrangements. Best feature my be the roof top deck - it is their smoking area and there is no bar, but can certainly BYOB. Also have free loaner bikes and helmets. Staff was generally friendly and knowledgeable. Don't need a car as cabs and other public transit plentiful and reasonably priced. I took bus from downtown transit tunnel to ball park. However....you may wish to stay at lower priced airport hotels and take light rail to and from downtown, then have shuttle take you and bring you back from SEA.

Room Tip: They have rooms fronting their attractive courtyard

Stayed one night at this location in April 2013. Great location, clean, updated decor and friendly desk staff. The hotel has bicycles you can use and I took advantage of this perk. They even had some complementary snacks in the room (cokes, popcorn). I would be cautious about booking this property in the hottest summer days because the rooms don't have cooling a/c, only heat. When I arrived for my stay, the outdoor temp was 60 degrees and my room was around 77 and I had to open the window to allow the room to cool before I could close the window and turn in for the night. They do have ceiling fans and a portable fan was in the closet. I took advantage of a $75 Expedia deal on this hotel, otherwise it would have been too pricey (I think their normal rate is closer to $150). It is located about 5-6 blocks from closest lite rail station. I'm not sure about parking availability since I took a cab there. Was happy with this stay.

This little gem is a super value for a nice clean hotel. Older but, well kept. Has a cute roof top patio with great city views. Very close to downtown shopping and Belltown restaurants/ bars. There are many parking options for reasonable price. Dog park across the street if you bring your puppy.

Room Tip: Pick up some wine and cheese and go sit upon the roof top patio!

I stayed at the Belltown Inn for 3 nights, April 22-25 and I loved it! The location is very handy and the satff were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers nice rooms with kitchenette and private bath. The room is not huge but it sleeps 2 people. I had room 427. The only drawback actually was the noise coming from the other rooms or the roof? but what the heck! I chose that hotel for two reasons:
a) The price ( I got a deal on expedia for under $250 for 3 nights)
b) location, close to the Seattle Clipper to Victoria , BC.
If i return to Seattle i will certianly stay there because it's a real good place to stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff at a good price.
Thx. I really enjoyed my stay.
Next time i will use the free bikes they offer....

Room Tip: in the upper floors!

In the heart of the city, it was awesome to be able to use bikes to get around! Be prepared to pay for parking, (an extra 15 per night) and if you want wifi you have to pay for that too. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

We stayed one night, came from the airport at night and was taking the Clipper home to Victoria, BC. We chose this hotel, cause it was within walking distance from the sound transit station. Take the train till the last stop and the Inn is about 5 blks away. The walk to the Clipper was about 6 blks, not hard to do even if you're dragging bags.

The Inn was OK, it was clean, we were there for only a night so didn't see much of the surrounding areas. The staff was OK, room was small, but it was cheap and clean.

We had dinner at Rocco's, maybe 2 blks from the Inn, it was wonderful food and atmosphere.

In short, there is nothing bad about the Belltown Inn, not sure if I could stay there for more than a couple of nights, the room was pretty small, no place to move around. No view from the room.
