We never made it to the old Spring Hill before they changed the name and concept to Ma'ono. But the chicken sounded great and it was. We loved the sauces served with it, and the steamed rice with herbs. The kimchi was fresh and good. Interior is modern and busy, with open kitchen views. Servers were attentive and helpful. I'd recommend it as a place to go with friends or a group to share several dishes. It is noisy with chatter and hard surfaces.
