Owner description: For one of the best views of Seattle head to Kerry Park, a small park located on the south side of Queen Anne Hill.  A photo from here is Seattle postcard-perfect, featuring ferries crossing Elliott Bay, the city skyline with the Space Needle in the forefront and, if weather conditions are favorable, a view of Mt. Rainier.

“Happy to see Seattle's signature skyline”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

We walked from our hotel in downtown and uphill to Kerry Park Viewpoint. The weather was gorgeous and the locals who live in and frequent this area were unbelievably friendly. Great start to a fabulous day in a great city.

“Panoramic view of Seattle”
Reviewed August 15, 2013

Kerry Park is very small - so prepare yourself... it's on the side of Queen Anne's - quite a steep climb/ride. There is also only street parking - so prepare yourself - as this small park gets busy on clear days and at night.

All that being said - this park is a great place to get a very nice view of Seattle and the waterways - both in daytime and in the evenings. On a clear day - you can even get a picture of the city (Space Needle and all), along with Mount Rainier in the distance. Then come on night - and capture the city swathed in lights - beautiful!

Note to the city --- would be good to do a bit of tree-trimming - so that the view is not obstructed.

“Great Overlook to see the city, the ocean, and sunset.”
Reviewed August 13, 2013 via mobile

Little hillside park with grass for a picnic. Great views of the city and a playground down the steep hill for kids. Be sure to drive the Queen Anne neighborhood to see some beautiful homes and views if the city.

“Must Visit for Seattle”
Reviewed August 13, 2013

This is a must visit place in Seattle and most of the postcard pictures of Seattle Downtown with Mt. Rainier is taken here. You would see lots of wedding pictures taken as well.

“Best view of Seattle”
Reviewed August 13, 2013

Everyone goes to Kerry Park for the best view of Seattle, especially at dusk. It gets very crowded, but most folks come, snap a few pictures and leave so there's always a spot opening up.
