A nice way to spend a couple of hours, there are a lot of things to see here, but be careful of the floor, the floor was concrete and wet and one woman fell badly, luck she did not injure herself.
They do not throw the fish around unless someone has purchased one, so you don't always get to see that attraction. There are a lot of stores upstairs and down you can visit.

This is one of the best sights in Seattle. I love how there are so many things to choose from. It has flowers, seafood, jewelry and more. AMAZING.

This bustling market has every type of food you could think of.
If you need a break from eating out whilst travelling, consider grabbing a few fresh items from the market and throwing together a simple but tasty meal.
The variety of seafood is amazing and the staff are fun!
Don't forget to visit the "Gum Wall" while you are there :-)

Had heard about the market, the incredible flowers, fresh fish, fruits/vegetables and local products and it was such a treat. We visited the original Starbuck's and ate our way through the market!! Went early in the morning before it got really crowded and that made it even more fun.

We walked and tasted throughout the market. We saw the flying fish, bought dried lavender, ate and ate. I would go during the day when there is sunlight and not in the dusk as it gets a little creepy in the area.

I use to live in Seattle and took Pike Place Market for granted. I would only go when family was in town to show them. Now I go as a tourist. It has so many items to look at. From food to flowers to flying fish.
If you are in Seattle make sure to see this and eat at one of the restaurants on nearby streets and in the market itself. We are at the Pink Door on Ally Strret. Actually it is in the ally.

We just spent a weekend in Seattle and spent most of it at the market. There is so much to see and eat that we didn’t get it all done. The independent vendors are great.

Fun with a lot to see. If you can, go in the morning during the week, you can enjoy it so much more unless you like being pushed around in crowds. Also, don't eat before going, instead try the delicious pastries & eat in the area.
