Great for families..lots of people walking around. Beautiful view of the ferris wheel, water, and ferries traveling to Bainbridge Island. Lots of Seafood restaurants to choose from.

“One of our nation's best”
Reviewed August 10, 2012

There is a lot of things to do along the waterfront from Alki Beach to Terminal 91. Excursion boats are plentiful, great restaurants, the Olde Curiosity Shop, The Aquarium and simply people and boat watching. The trolley makes it all easy too. I have visited many waterfronts but with the Cascades on one side and the Olympic range on the other, interspersed with islands and reachable by ferry boats, there's none better.

“This is Seattle!”
Reviewed August 9, 2012

Prepare to do some walking at the Elliot Bay Waterfront. There are so many things to see and places to go that you won't get bored. Great restaurants, great piers, many things to see and do.

“Great place to enjoy Seattle.”
Reviewed August 9, 2012

The waterfront is spans miles. There are lots to do, shops, places to eat, and tons of antique shops. The only down fall is the lack of parking.

“This is the Seattle Waterfront”
Reviewed July 29, 2012

The waterfront in downtown Seattle affords one a great view of the Sound, the Olympic Mountains, the ships, and the ferries. The neighborhood is less than stellar with a permanent population of pan-handelers and beggars. There are several good restaurants along the waterfront, as well as piers for the ferries, and excursion tour boats.
