I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to check in almost 3 hours early. Also impressed with the complimentary breakfast, it was generous and more choices than I've ever seen. Also real appreciative of them allowing me to park in the lot for a few hours after check-out, so we could walk to the Museum of Pop Culture, Space Needle, Chihuly glass museum, and other nearby sites. I will stay here again next time I'm in Seattle!

Very convenient location walking distance from the needle. Very helpful staff. They have very fast Wi-Fi all over the property. However, we could not use Wi-Fi in room 424 as signals were very week and inspite of our complaint, could not be resolved.

The location is great for this hotel.
Easy walking distance to the Needle and overhead rail link to down town where the markets and food is. I was impressed with the seafood market.

Older motel, but clean, safe neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff, free WiFi and breakfast, three blocks from Space Needle and monorail with connection to light rail and buses, and shuttle available to cruise ship terminal.

I stayed there last week. Upgrades are lipstick on a pig; it should still be $60 per night. Staff is rude. The breakfast area is four times too small. Buckets of overflowing dirty dishes and morose staff pushing large, loud trolleys are right in the breakfast line-up; absolutely disgusting. I was charged twice for parking; no one apologized. Ugly, dirty & inhumane. Staying on the streets in Pioneer Square would be much better.
I am so very sorry about your stay. As you can tell from previous reviews, this experience is not normal and we are taking it very seriously.
