I was a bit disappointed that when we checked in at almost 4pm our room was not ready. When we entered the room it did have a funny smell that we really couldn't figure out. The fridge and the microwave did not work. We tried switching plugs and everything. I did not realize (my fault for not researching) that their hot tub was really a two person hot tub above ground. I did like the location in relation to the sights to be seen. I was surprised some of the front desk staff were not very helpful in knowing events in the area. The "workout" room is just that a room. There is no airflow and the treadmill is very dated. If there is more than one person working out at a time it would be very uncomfortable. We had a huge gap in our flight and checking out of the hotel so I requested a late checkout and the best accommodation they could make was 12 pm instead of 11. I do not think I would stay at this property again.

It has been rehabilitated lodging at least where we stayed in. It was pricey but less expensive than the neighboring hotels. It just happen that it’s the peak season so expect high rates any hotels you go in this area. The room is clean and had all the things we needed for one night. It has microwave and refrigerator. The only thing it does not have is a closet to hide our luggages. Bathroom is large enough in our room but may not fit with someone in a wheelchair. Easy walk to Space Needle, Sculptures, McDonalds and less than a mile to Clipper Ferry terminal. Don’t expect much or you’ll be disappointed. It’s clean and it doesn’t reek as a very old carpet. It seems it has plenty open parking. Not sure though if it’s free. I suggest it for a budget and very short stay patrons.
