The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Close by the Space needle and the metro to downtown was conveniently located . We could hear the traffic and business of downtown traffic without being right in town.

It was very expensive for an old hotel. Shower was very small no tub. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was easy to get to with public transportation, there was no shuttle service from SEATAC. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Prime rates for a crappy hotel is not going to win back return customers. This hotel needs an extreme makeover! The “heated” pool was freezing and the “hot” tub was luke warm along with being disgusting. The faucet in our room was extremely hard to turn on and off. I had to help my 11 yo daughter every time. We had 2 requests during our stay and each time, we had to call twice in order to get the items. The breakfasts are not good. Those round egg patties were nasty! The sausage was weird and not good. The breakfast are is so small that people were claiming all over each other and there was nowhere for a lot of us to sit. We told the front desk that the hand sanitizer in the lobby was empty every day we were there and it never did get refilled. Just so many things that made this stay less than par. I won’t be back.
