Within walking distance to Pikes Market and all waterfront activities. We had a family suite with city view, it was clean and comfortable.. The room had a full couch and two chairs in front of the fireplace, which kept the room warm. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, great hot water and water pressure in the shower. The beds were very comfortable, not stiff like other hotels. The hotel is across the street from train tracks, but I really didn't hear any trains in the middle of the night. There are complimentary ear plugs on the bedside table if needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle that dropped us off at the Key Arena for a concert, after the concert we walked back to the hotel which only took 10 minutes. We did have brunch at the restaurant, it was good but bland. The service was great and the view from our table of the water was fantastic. Overall, this is a great place and we will be returning for a longer stay in the future.
