Nice smile upon entering, easy to check in using the mobile app and a nice upgraded room; it’s why I travel Marriott only. My room was clean and kept that way throughout my stay. The clubroom was one of the better I’ve enjoyed, good variety, mornings and evenings. The bed was comfy, a bit short on outlets and no desk to work at (it had a round table) was a bit of a pain. The real issue were the elevators which dependent on the time of day could be a five minute wait. It’s close to some decent restaurants pretty much covering about anything someone would want. It’s close to the market if you are there over a weekend. All told it’s a hotel I’d come back to without a doubt.

The room was spacious, with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The hotel is close to a drug store, grocery store and a hop-on, hop-off bus service stop is in front of the hotel. The concierge helped with getting rental cars and that price was a better discount than AAA. The wine bar was very cozy. It was a plus to have a Star Bucks connected to the front lobby.

Room tip: I was dismayed to find double beds when we arrived. There was enough room for bigger beds and I would like to see that happen.

I was in town for an organization meeting, and had history with Sheraton in other towns. I was not disappointed. Facilities were great and staff were helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Room tip: Starbucks coffee and maker in your room, so that's a savings and a convenience you may not have elsewhere.

Of course, this is a Sheraton, so there are many things that one can take for granted are available, and this one is no exception. Of the extras that are noteworthy, the restaurant, Loulay, is delicious. The whole hotel looks like it went through a big renovation, so the lobby has great seating and is huge. There is a Starbucks in the hotel that does a great job in feeling like a stand alone store. The fitness center is on the top floor of one of the towers and overlooks the city, which is beautiful to see from up so high. The equipment was in great shape and most indoor workouts can be had there. The rooms were also redone recently and there are lots of outlets and charging stations. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean and new.

Room tip: The decor in the rooms is very new and the rooms are well furnished.

Great location to explore Seattle; a car is not essential. We used Uber and mass transit and got everyplace we needed to be. The hotel is clean, comfortable with a superb staff, and we will be sure to return.
