The room was clean and furnishings were comfortable and adequate. I was impressed with the interest in the environment and offer to not change linens every day. I was disappointed with the lack of a microwave since I often eat only half a serving of the expensive food in the area. This visit was for a convention and the meeting rooms were kept rather cool for my taste.

My family are staying here for a couple of nights. So far, the staff at the valet and front desk are very rude. We notice that they are treating other guests the same way. This is a notice to the Sheraton management that you have some serious customer service training to do with your a staff.
