Our family of 3 stayed at the Sheraton Seattle in late June. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to see. Pike Place Market is a 5 block walk straight down Pike Street. Shopping at Macy's, Nordstrom, Banana Republic and Nike Town are within 2 blocks. The Monorail Station to Seattle Center and Light Rail Station to the airport at Westlake Center are within 2 blocks. We walked south to Safeco and CenturyLink fields, as well as the International District.
Service was fantastic as always - front desk, housekeeping, bell desk.
I hired a car for $29 from airport to hotel. Taxi to Amtrak station was $6.
The pool was fairly small for my 11 year old - 4 foot deep and 4 lanes wide and shared with several families. No hot tub, sauna, steam room, or locker room.
Wifi was available in the lobby, as well as 7 complimentary computers. Ridiculous wifi charge of $11 per night for in-room wifi.
Very small bathroom. Doors slam loudly and interrupt those trying to sleep.More
