The room was filthy. It was booked with hotels.com on a non refundable purchase. When arriving at the hotel we where advised "by signs" not by the counter person, what we would be without water from 9pm to 6am.
The room was filthy. Walls and floor had not been cleaned in a very long time. Mold grew on the back of the bathroom sink. We left after the first night. Hotel.ca was great about a a credit for the unpleasant stay, and are attempting to get is a refund on our early checkout due to the water shutoff. Hopefully the manager will make the effort to return the call.
Parking was 45$ canadian. Each night. After the unpleasant stay we where told it would not be charged. We where credited, but then charged for the 1 nights parking.
Very disappointing hotel.

Arrived at check-in time, 4pm. There were people all over the place, some sleeping from waiting for their room for so long. Was told the room was ready in 5-10 minutes. No apologies from staff or even an offer to store luggage so we could see the city and check in later.

A lot of homeless people wandered in, for a coffee and a cookie (touching all the cookies while choosing), staff did close to nothing to get them out - it seemed as they are normally allowed in, but not when the lobby is full. Staff did not remove the cookies or warn the poor people eating them.

After an hour without a room, we left and booked another hotel. That hotel was great.

We stayed at this hotel after disembarking an Alaskan cruise. We arrived and from the entrance mat, front desk check in agents the minimal customer service who lead us by their actions and responses, they could care less. Our toilet did not flush. The flapper chain was do rusted it broke. We had to manually stick our hand in the toilet tank to pull the flapper. We untucked the sheets on the bed because they were so tight I found unknown stains on the comforter (pic attached). We asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no manager. It was the absolute worst stay ever

We used this Quality Inn as a staging place for our cruise to Alaska. It allowed us to visit friends in town and bring different families together for the cruise. This hotel is a little dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Noise was minimal and you could sleep with windows open. It was located in an area where food, shopping, and general needs were easily met and within walking distance. The location made it easy to get around town. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This will be our future Seattle stay when we are in town.

The front desk staff are great. Whether it was 10 am, 6pm, or at 4 am the next morning. All were very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several things and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The hotel seems to be going through a much needed renovation. The hallways and rooms haven't been started on yet. Our room was clean but small. With 4 adults, we were packed in but managed for one night.

We arrived at 10 am from our flight and they kept our luggage free of charge. We didn't use the airport shuttle so I can't say how that worked. I found myself wishing we had stayed across the street at the Holiday inn but then realized it was $100 more. We all had a good night's sleep and showers. We are a quick ride to the pier so this property gets the job done.
