The front desk staff are great. Whether it was 10 am, 6pm, or at 4 am the next morning. All were very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several things and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The hotel seems to be going through a much needed renovation. The hallways and rooms haven't been started on yet. Our room was clean but small. With 4 adults, we were packed in but managed for one night.

We arrived at 10 am from our flight and they kept our luggage free of charge. We didn't use the airport shuttle so I can't say how that worked. I found myself wishing we had stayed across the street at the Holiday inn but then realized it was $100 more. We all had a good night's sleep and showers. We are a quick ride to the pier so this property gets the job done.

The front desk crew was great. The breakfast was very good. The hotel it’s self is tired and in need of a renovation. We had a room with twin queen beds. The room was very clean but small. No desk and one straight backed chair. The bathroom had plenty of hot water but not much counter space. Luckily we were only staying one night, any longer and the room would have been to small. It is really close to the Space Needle and the Museums around it. They have a shuttle service for a fee. Make sure to ask about your room if you are staying more than overnight. The staff at this hotel are great, to bad the rooms aren’t.

Check in late afternoon, check in process was easy, but it turn downhill after we are in the room. The rooms are so dark even with all lights are on. The floor is dirty and I found some hair on. My slippers keep having those “squeeze” sound when going to the bathroom, you know, those dirty and sticky floor.

We were so tired to complain so just go to bed instead.

Next day morning, when the sun is out, we open the drapes and found out: They don’t change the bed sheet! We found a big piece of booger under the pillow , the side that nobody was sleeping on!

One positive side: walking distance to the space needle and Seattle center

We stayed the night here and enjoyed Seattle for the day while preparing for our cruise the next morning. The hotel was very clean and offered friendly shuttle services to Pikes Market and to cruise port for nominal fee. Clean hotel with free breakfast, what more could you ask for?

Large room, helpful staff, lots of breakfast choices and good computer connections. Woujld have liked a pool for relaxing after a busy day. Needle was a short four block walk. Food was a short walk away as well!
