Stayed three nights. Hotel is located right off I-5 and if your room faces the freeway you can hear some road traffic even 21 floors up. It is about a 20 minute walk to Pike Place Market and 30 minutes to the waterfront (all downhill and some of the hills are pretty steep). Found walking Pike or Uniot to 5th and then 5th to Seneca and the Seneca to 6th was the least steep hills to get back to hotel. It is also about a 40 minute walk to either the foorball or baseball fields. My room was very clean but the shower water pressure was not very good. Never heard any hall traffic. Since I am a Marriott Platnium I have Lounge privaledges. The breakfast was very good but the desserts were very disappointing. One night just had these chocolate bars (maybe hazelnut) with only 4 left on a plate. The other night the same hazelnut chocolate bar and some flaky thing. Where are the cookies or the cheesecake? The Tulsa Marriott does a way better job with the desserts. The internet was good.
I had a late checkout of 4 p,m. but when I got back to the hotel my key had been turned off so I have to go all the way back down to the front desk to gt it reactivated. That was annoying.More
