I have stayed at this hotel at least eight times- usually chosen because of its great location. This New Years Eve, my husband and I got a room that was more like a closet- it was clean enough, except that it had a musty smell with the addition of the aroma of old food and dirty carpet. The bathroom was in need of a total- gutting. Mold, broken tiles, chipped paint and altogether way too small to get dressed in ease and comfort. My toiletries fell off of the little ledge into the toilet, which by the way was jammed up against the wall- not comfortable or hygenic in my opinion. This hotel should shut rooms down and revise the floor plan- the rates they charge would then be realistic for the room size and better set up.

This hotel is extremely well located. Staff are faultless. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy in the morning with the traffic but then it is in the city centre. Bathroom a little on the small side with not enough space for your stuff.

A great hotel in a prime location, we had top-notch service from the moment our taxi dropped us off until we (regretfully) checked out two days later. Everyone was accommodating and helpful, and we received first rate service everywhere we turned, including both the restaurant and the bar. Would stay here and recommend it to others with no hesitation.

Thank you for helping make our visit to Seattle wonderful!

Our double queen suite (for $ 249)had 2 small bathrooms and a separate seating area but seemed the same size as our friends who were in a regular double Queen room for $139. The staff were very welcoming and made special arrangements so that we are able to check in early.
One major glitch was the closure of the hotel restaurant Andaluca on Mondays for which no notification was given in the hotel information package. No room service after 9 pm was most inconvenient for one of our party who was sick. This may be the case only for the slower months but if you are traveling on Sunday/ Monday, I'd stay somewhere else.

We were booked in here by a friend, and had heard good things about the hotel. The location is excellent. We liked everything about the hotel, but found it a bit cramped, and a bit tired, with a room that was on the small side compared with what we are used to in Seattle for the same price. There is an excellent bar/restaurant whose name I can't remember. I would recommend the hotel, but probably would look around before booking back in there again.
