Even number rooms give you views of the Space Needle and the waterfront. Lovely and comfortable lodging. Excellent staff but the concierge should be available prior to 10am in the morning! And coffee in he lobby would be nice but there are coffee shops on every corner!

Room Tip: Choose even numbered rooms....and high....!

Treated like a true guest at checkin and got an upgraded room with awesome view even though staying on points.

Evening drinks and snacks were so good we skipped a meal (pizza and fried shrimp) yummy

Nice location for Seattle visit.

All good.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights before going on a cruise. I think part of our let down was in the name 'Crowne Plaza'. We expected more elegance or at least more than an average hotel.

The hotel was clean, small, and a little rough. A random additional thought was that there were only 3 elevators for the 14(ish) story hotel and they were really SLOW. Trying to leave for the cruise (along with all the other cruise goers who paid for the cruise/hotel combo deal), it took about 15 minutes to get in an elevator. The location was close to the freeway but close to downtown.

I guess that was pretty much it. Nothing too fancy with the hotel and I think if/when we go back to Seattle, we won't return there.

We stayed at the crown plaza as part of our alaska cruise on celebrity lines. The hotel and our two night stay were very good. The rooms and common areas were very nice and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were also very good. Great hotel gym in fact one of the best. The location was fantastic for sightseeing downtown. I would have given the hotel 5 stars had it not been for a broken elevator. We are planning a trip back to Seatle and will definatly stay there.

Stayed here with family one night in August before flying out. Used anniversary reward certificate that was provided with the hotel chain's credit card. Even though the reservation was made only days before arrival, had noproblem getting a room . asked about getting two queen beds instead of the offered double beds, and was upgraded to a room with two queens. Found out later the upper floor room had access to the lounge where a continental breakfast was served and light meals/snacks in the evening. Am a Platinum member with Holiday inn so that may have been a factor in being upgraded.

Room was everything I had expected, nice furnishings and the temple spa toiletries usually found in other Crowne Plazas. Wifi was ok, and hotel concierge was helpful. Overnight valet Parking is over $42 once taxes kick in. No self-parking at hotel, but that is typical of downtown.

Main shopping is about three blocks away. We walked to the Seattle underground tour in about ten minutes (downhill).

Would stay here again if using rewards nights. Otherwise, would wait for a good deal on the rates.

We spent 5 days here in late August. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, the attractions are within easy walking distance for anyone with reasonable fitness. There is a fridge and coffee maker in the room and a convenience outlet across the way. Starbucks is a 2 minute walk on 4th ave. Do try the YWCA for breakfast as long as you are not in a hurry! Not sure why other people are worried about water in the room, you can drink the water from the cold tap.

Room Tip: We had a high room but the traffic from the highway could be heard, maybe the front rooms are quiete...

Stayed one August night at the Crown Plaza in Seattle the day before we left on a cruise to Alaska. The hotel location was great, we had a quiet room on the 27th floor and it was clean and comfortable with a king bed and a great view of the downtown Seattle area. After a very good hotel breakfast we were able to walk to the Pike Place Market and spend a few hours enjoying a beautiful morning in downtown Seattle. When it was time to look for transportation to the docks the hotel staff quickly found us a ride and sent us on our way.

Room Tip: This first class hotel is in the Priority Club network and a stay here gets me almost enough points...
