5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

We were in Seattle for only one night, and happened to be celebrating our recent engagement. Valet was super-friendly and helpful, and upon entering the lobby we were told that we'd been unexpectedly upgraded to a water-view king room on the 6th floor. When we got to our beautiful room (serene decor with tasteful Seattle-related artwork), we were greeted by a Congratulations dessert from Marche. We had purchased a Chihuly package, which included tickets to the exhibit, 2 monorail passes, and a lovely book of postcards, and everything was all waiting for us on the counter. The view from this room can NOT be overstated. IT. WAS. PHENOMENAL. You could see the ferris wheel light up at night, the Public Market sign, and a sweeping view of Puget Sound from the huge picture windows. After a lovely night in a very comfortable king bed, we ordered breakfast room service from Bacco, which was DEE-LICIOUS and huge. Definitely try the fresh juices! Excellent cappucino! I cannot adequately express to you how fabulous it was to eat such a delicious, fresh breakfast at a table overlooking the expansive view, all in the privacy of our own room. There are little shops surrounding the hotel, and a salon right on the first floor that I only wish I'd had time to enjoy. You step out onto the sidewalk and you are LITERALLY right in front of Pike Market, which is amazing and totally worth a visit! I noticed the web site offered flowers delivered to your room, but if you can wait to pick them out yourself, they have GIGANTIC, GORGEOUS bouquets of flowers mere steps away in the market for $10-15 a bunch, ready to drop into a vase. Obviously if you want them to greet you or don't want to procure your own vase, then by all means pay the upcharge and get them. We bought two giant bouquets on our way out for a total of $20, and I found it so much fun to pick them out because the selection is absolutely unbelievable. This hotel is PERFECT for lovers, an anniversary or romantic celebration. We had such an amazing time there, and I don't know if I'll ever be able to stay anywhere else. For once, the stars and ratings got this one right- this is, in my opinion, the HANDS-DOWN best place to stay in the entire city.

Room Tip: 608 has a king bed, a HUGE bathroom, and an unbeatable view of Puget Sound.

The location was amazing...the restaurants associated with the hotel will keep you on property most of the time. The people are soo nice and the room was breathtaking.

Only comment would be the bathroom shower might be due an update but it was absolutely acceptable.

It will be my home away in Seattle. Oh...if you do go, make sure you visit the rooftop deck. They didn't tell us about it at check in and it is not to be missed.

Room Tip: pick one that ends in 14

Chose this Hotel for it's location to Safeco Field. It was a short and easy walk. The staff was superior and very friendly. Our room wasn't ready upon our early arrival, so we left our luggage at the bell hop, utilized the valet parking and walked to the game. When our room was ready, we received a friendly phone call, while they made mention that they hoped we were enjoying the game. it is the extra attention that makes the difference and the customer service here is top notch. I really can't say enough good about this hotel and our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. Our room was a street view, but it had a nice window seat, which we were able to take in the view of the ocean as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful. We had the cruise package, which ment we had breakfast for two and a town car ride to the airport. We had an early check in on the 8 th floor. The bedding was very nice and had turn down service in the evening. We were able to see the ship that we just got off of from our hotel window. We ate lunch at the three girls restaurant, which was down a small all across the street from the hotel. I loved walking a half a block to Pikes Market. We will be back.

We stayed one night only after arrival by plane, on our way to Portland. Received a free upgrade to a corner suite, without asking for it. Clean, very nice room, spacious, great view, friendly service. Hotel is one minute walking away from the market. Valet parking works just fine. Anytime again.

This place is right by the Pike Place Market and no hotel could be better located. Restaurants, markets, Wharf, shopping and Entertainment are all around the Hotel. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are big and stylish. There are a few shops, cafes and wine bars in the same building and they are very popular hang outs. The rooms are clean and well serviced. Wifi is free.
The reception and concierge are very friendly and helpful at all times. Check in is only at 4 Pm and one is lucky to get a room by 1 PM. This is not a worry for there is plenty to do around the hotel. Macys, Nordstorm, West lake center and station are some of the attractions near by
The Inn at the Market is pleasing in so many ways, and if I were to pick two words then I would go with ‘homely and indulging’.
Highly recommended

Room Tip: PIck the rooms at higher levels. At street level, traffic noise and street lights could be disturbin...

This hotel is conveniently located right next to Pike's Market. Easy walking to many attractions in Seattle. Staff is friendly and helpful. Views out onto the bay are beautiful. The 5th floor roof top can be used for hotel guests, I enjoyed my Starbuck's and a breakfast bun from Pike's Market on the roof. Hotel is clean and quiet and rooms are spacious.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view.

Dear Guest;
I am pleased to read how you enjoyed strolling through the market gather a few offerings and enjoying them on the deck. There is a selection of cheeses, wine, fruit and not to mention stopping by and seeing the fishmongers at world famous Pike Place Fish to get some smoked salmon. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
