This hotel is right in the middle of everything. We walked down to the market, over to shopping and then to the Space Needle all in one day., The rooms are nice and big and the view from ours was great of the city. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again if ever back in Seattle.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was great.

Centrally located in the hear of downtown Seattle. Walking distance to Pike market. The staff are really friendly. Fast service- requested microwave in the room and delivered so fast; freeze in the room with items for purchase, but locked - requested key to store my own item without any problem.

We arrived to the Warwick and got checked in right away. When getting to the room it was only set up for 2 people but there were 4 of us. We called down to have More towels, pillows, glasses, and coffee brought up. They showed up with a huge stack of towels including 3 bath mats. Seemed excessive. Everyday we had to ask for more coffee even after leaving a note for the maid service. The room was also not very clean. Garbage in the garbage can and a huge clump of someone else’s hair in the shower. Staff weren’t very friendly either. Overall not a great stay. Beds seemed smaller than a queen and weren’t very comfortable. Great location though!

Love to stay at Warwick’s. The hotels are well located and have a sense of modern old world charm. The rooms are well appointed and have small balconies with city views. Book in advance during cruise Season or pay the piper!

Every room in this hotel has a sliding floor to ceiling window that OPENS! Getting fresh air inside a hotel room is what makes this property great. The rooms are very spacious, but it's a dated property - remember those glowing light switches from the 1970s? They still have them here! So, I guess that adds to its charm. The bed in the room I stayed in was lopsided. Not sure if it was the mattress or the bed, but one side felt "broken" - I had to sleep on the other side. Check-out time is Noon, instead of 11am, so that's a nice bonus. They also will arrange car service to SeaTac for $40, which is the same as taking a taxi - so ask them about this!
