I looked around online for hotels to come stay for NFC Championship game. The rate was pretty good compared to other places. Got the parking thrown in. WiFi was included. Excellent front desk staff, helpful and very friendly. Room was pretty good, standard hotel. The sheets and bed were so comfy. I mean I had a wicked sleep and was rested the next day. Unfortunately pool was getting renovated when I was there. I didn't have time to visit the restaurant, but heard it was great. I would look at the Warwick first, the next time I stay in Seattle.

Booked hotel with a Groupon, Excellent front desk staff helpfull and friendly. Room was good
okay, standard hotel. Beds comfy. Room not as sound proof as would like but it is a hotel that
does accept families that forget things and bang doors multipel times. Excellent restaurant for
breakfast quick friendly service. Even with Seahawk parade service was quick. Hot tub a little
small but nice pool okay. gym suitable but small. Overall a reat two days hotel is very very
convient and you can walk to and from everything even the train station. Would definelty stay
again.

Room Tip: Really all rooms have a great view and are quiet

The Executive King Suite was given to us for two people, but only had one chair and one bath robe. Wifi was $11 or $18 per day and the tv had limited channels - some did not have sound. Swimming pool was out of order. Long black hair in bathtub - we have short hair.
Most staff were pleasant, but the hotel was obviously trying to max out on profits.

Room Tip: Higher floors are quieter as the traffic is busy.

Thank you for your review. I can assure you that the concerns you mentioned were not an effort to max out on profits. Our first concern is taking great care of the guests who choose to stay with us. I have spoken with the teams involved with your concerns, and asked them to ensure the order of operations is reviewed and reinforced. Thank you for your understanding for the oversights that occurred while you were with us. I encourage you to reach out to me if I can be of any assistance for future trips to Seattle. It would be our privilege to have another opportunity to be your choice of accommodations again in the future.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, and beyond the $11 charge for internet, there's nothing we can fault. I loved the easy walks to everything, the front desk was helpful, and the rooms were quite comfortable. Make sure you don't stay below the sixth floor...

Thank you for staying at Warwick Seattle Hotel! We have now finished replacing all of our window walls, so even stays below 6th floor should be much quieter than they were before. I look forward to your next visit from Victoria.

We are a family of four with sons aged 11 and 13 - so our hotel criteria is always that it must have a pool. Yes even in Seattle in October/November - so that narrowed our choices somewhat! The Warwick has an indoor heated pool and while it's not huge, the kids swam three times during our four night stay. The hotel were extremely welcoming on arrival and the view from our upgraded room was spectacular - straight out to the Space Needle. Room size slightly on the small size due to the fact we had luggage for four people travelling overseas for a month, but it was very clean and comfortable. Room service food was delicious and the location was fantastic. We were able to walk wherever we needed. If you have young children some things may be too far on foot, but that wasn't an issue for us. We would happily stay here if ever visiting Seattle again.

Stayed there last night, requested a SpaceNeedle view and hotel accommodated. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfy, the location of this hotel sold us, it's right where you want to be. Easy walk to Pike Place market, one mile walk to Space Needle, great restaurant in hotel and many others close by, supermarket across street w beer and spirits made things easy. Staff at hotel are great and helpful. The bad.... Hotel parking garage had no elevator and was super tight on space.

Thank you for providing your review on Trip Advisor and for staying at Warwick Seattle Hotel. I am pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay. I did note your concerns about the parking garage not having an elevator. We recognize this is a challenge, and as such as we offer valet parking for the same price as self parking in our garage. I hope on future stays you will find this benefit helpful and an appropriate solution to your concern.

Thank you for staying with us, and I invite you to return again.

This is a good value option within good walking distances to downtown /Belltown attractions, especially to all the Tom Douglas enterprises - Dahlia, Dahlia Bakery, Lola. I signed up for a package and got what they promised = 50% off parking, and a room upgrade to the top floor. Eventhough there was a Seahawks game happening, there were no noise issues in my room. The plus is always the little "french" balcony with the view of the Needle. They have just recently renovated, and even though everything is fresh, you cannot expect top notch decor. What makes this a good value choice is the lower cost, great staff service, location and cleanliness.

Room Tip: Higher floors seems quieter. Face the Needle.
