We stayed at the Warwick Hotel for 2 days and were very pleased. Although rooms are pricy in the summer, they were very well kept and pleasant. The property is well-located: across from a gourmet grocery, near tons of great restaurants and a short walk to the monorail, as well as key Seattle destinations, such as Pike Place Market, Westlake Center and Seattle Center.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted and assisted us pleasantly and efficiently. Noting that I was traveling with my son, she immediately offered to change our room from a king bed to a double bed configuration. I didn't even have to ask and appreciated that very much. The view from our room was spectacular, with the window framing the Space Needle in the distance.

Breakfast was included at Marguax, and while it wasn't 5 star, the menu was varied and the food was just fine. We also appreciated the free Seattle newspaper, which we happily read at breakfast, The wait staff was also as pleasant as the desk staff.

Checkout was easy, too. But if you are bringing a car, be warned that parking is quite expensive and the garage is not large. Still, the people who ran the garage were helpful, especially when our car battery died right before we were to leave to catch our plane!

Overall, we would without a doubt stay at the Warwick again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the North side. The views are awesome!

We were pleasantly surprised with this property, in spite of the hit and miss performance of the front desk staff / bellhop - friendly and helpful at check-in, quite unpleasant at checkout, particularly the bellhop (not the same one we had at check-in). Our large, clean, nicely appointed room, with a king-size bed and high quality bed linen was on the sixth floor and had a good view of the streets and park below. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance to the Pike's Place Market and other Seattle attractions. Our breakfast wasn’t included in the price of the room, but was worth sampling. It was served in the Margaux Restaurant on the first floor and offered a wide range of breakfast items at a reasonable price.

The only negative aspect of our stay at this hotel was the unavailability of free WiFi in the room, although it was available in the business centre. We felt that at the room rate charged by the hotel, this amenity should have been included.

Enjoyed a 1 night stay here prior to cruise departure. It's a boutique hotel with some charm, a great location if you don't mind a stretch of the legs to get to the market. It wasn't anything extra special as far as the rooms go, but we loved the staff and the excellent breakfast that was included in our package. They were very helpful letting us leave out bags prior to check in and after check out. Rooms in Seattle are pricey across the board--this one was in the moderate range for Seattle but high for anywhere else. I would stay there again.

We stayed in the hotel for one night. The hotel is in a central location and most highlights are within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice. The toileteries are luxury branded. The manager also kindly left us a bottle of brut and macaroons in our room as we were on our honeymoon. The Warwick is definitely the place to stay when in Seattle.

The staff was always friendly and ready to share helpful and accurate information. Even during those times the lobby was bit 'crazy'!
The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
We walked to Pike's place market, the needle and tons of great restaurants and shops. We only cabbed it once and that's because we were so exhausted!
I will stay there again when I visit Seattle.
The restaurant was great too. Try the potato-leek soup!

First off this is a very nice hotel. Location is fairly central. The people were helpful and pleasant. We were on the 15th floor facing east which had pretty views of other downtown buildings. The bed was comfortable. My biggest issue was with the outside noise. The street noise, sirens, honking cars and even people could not be blocked out by the old metal sliding glass door, which didn't slide. We made the mistake of opening it once and took forever to close. So if you are not use to living in a big city, this might not be for you. The location wasn't bad, but unless you are use to doing a lot of walking on hills, you will have to drive, (and pay to park) to get down to 1st street, where most of the first time tourists seem to end up. They also seem to be going for the "Green" hotel label. The water faucets are weak and the hair dryer could barely dry my head, and I'm bald. Although the shower spray was adequate. The monorail to the Space Needle was a fairly flat walk about 4 blocks away, as was Nordstroms and Macys. And Seattle does have quite a few homeless people around, although I never felt unsafe in this area.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay at Warwick Seattle Hotel.

I was glad to read that overall you enjoyed your stay with us. I noted your comments about noise concerns, and wanted to make you aware that we are replacing the window wall in our guestrooms starting in September. We have noticed a dramatic reduction in street noise to the point of elimination in most conditions in the room we installed the prototype. Although it is a very large undertaking, we are very happy and excited to have the opportunity to continually improve the product available for our guests to enjoy.

Thank you for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back in the near future.

Kind regards,

We stayed here for just one night in June 2013 and had a great experience. Getting to the hotel from the airport via the light rail was very easy. We just took it to the last stop, exited the below ground station, got our bearings, and walked 5 or 6 blocks to the hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is about 5 or 6 blocks from Pike Place Marketplace, though there is a steep hill down to the market. We had a great time eating at Beecher's Handmade Cheese and Le Panier in the Pike Place Market, and had a fantastic dinner at Etta's Seafood. The Warwick is also close to the monorail station, which you can hop on for a two-minute ride to the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass (gorgeous and highly recommended). Just outside the hotel, there are restaurants, stores, downtown businesses and shopping. Our 8th floor room at the hotel was nicely furnished and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the area, it met all our needs and was much less expensive.
