Hotel mainly for business trip if no other choice, facilities ok, breakfast ok, beds are comfortable, bathroom is really basic, hotel not charming, not fancy, terrible location, neighborhood not welcoming at all, metro line number 13 is the worst in Paris and finally be prepared to hear car horns starting 6 AM. Only if no other option.

Dear CDXUAE,
First of all, we want to thank for the time taken to share your experience on Tripadvisor. We were glad to welcome you at the hotel Holiday Inn Paris Porte de Clichy for your stay in Paris.
We confirm we are mainly a business hotel situated in the area of Clichy. The neighborhood is in a complete transition with the construction of the new "Palais de Justice" and constructions. In few months a new Tramway will be delivered the area, as well the automatic metro line 14. As well we are at only 25km from both airports of Paris, Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle.

For the noise issues, do not hesitate to book one of our very quiet rooms on the patio of the hotel !
Best regards,

Had a short stay at this place and honestly chose it for the relative lower price in comparison to other hotels in the same period.
Please do not trust the images you see online as you will not be getting a panorama as everywhere you look will be either rubish left by migrant families that have settled at the hotel's corner or construction sites, not the Hotel's fault but they cannot be overlooked.
Very noisy most of the times, poor quality and overpriced breakfast.
Staff is very polite but very untrained and unqualified.
It seems that everyone would like to be off service but none of the staff knows what they are actually doing.
Personally, I would not reccomend this place to anyone!
In this case you do get what you pay for.

I would not go again. The room was poor quality for the price, and the breakfast was quite bad. Location isn't that great either (just there for work). It is not the best area of town, so I'm not expecting much, but still for a 'business' hotel it could have been much better.

Do not expect a fancy or lovely stay. Basic parisian hotel not in Paris but very close.
Very noisy area, I highly recommend to ask a room with patio view (there is no view from this hotel it is impossible) and far from the lift. Room are small functional and simple. Do not expect fancy stuff.

Room tip: Choose a room with patio view and far from the lift

Dear The Cupidon,

We would like to thank you for your feedback following your stay in our hotel Holiday Inn Paris Porte de Clichy and for taking the time to share your comments.
The "Porte de Clichy" is actually in a big transition phase as we welcome in a few years the new "palais de Justice". The project is very nice and we hope you will have the occasion to see it during your next visit. Also, line 14 of the Metro will be serving our address in 2017.
If you are looking for more space in your room, I will suggest booking one of our Executive rooms on the patio with some extra amenities.

We will be very happy to welcome you again in your next stay in Paris..
