Even though we had a confirmation number, they totally screwed up our reservation. When we arrived the front desk worker was very confused and told us to come back shortly when the manager would be available. He assured us they had 2 rooms for us. When we returned, we were informed they had lost our reservation. They did book us at another hotel, but seemed to think they did not need to apologize and that everything was fine. Saying "I'm sorry, we screwed up" would have helped.
And yes, the lobby is disgusting.
