We dined at this restaurant. The decor is hardly inspiring but we had looked forward to the food. The amuse geule selection which was unceremoniously dumped in front of us all lacked flavour. We ordered two coup de champagne and were poured two small half glasses. I ordered a good half of burgundy to go with the starter. It was served tepid and, on complaint, the sommelier just dumped some more ice in the ice bucket. He cheerfully continued to pour tepid white wine without embarrassment. The foie gras was adequate but not that good. We both had a lobster confection for our main course. Again it was adequate but a rather sickly risotto accompanied it. The deserts were poor. We chose not to have coffee and so a range of meal ending treats was dumped in front of us. They were not nice. Overall, therefore, we left pretty dissatisfied. This restaurant does not merit a michelin star.
