Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean too. Arrived late and Sarah at the front desk provided us with suggestions for dinner, all within walking distance. Mexican restaurant was excellent. I will stay here again.

We stayed here on our way down to Florida. The location was nice. Front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms were fine.

Generally speaking there's nothing overly special about this hotel, but it serves it purpose.

Rooms are on the small side. Furniture is fine, though feels a bit dated. Small bathroom with shower/bath and at a separate sink area.

HDTV and free internet.

Beds are megasoft. If you like a soft mattress, you'll dig it. If you prefer something firm, you'll probably be uncomfortable.

I did find the room to be stuffy - can't open the windows and so there was a borderline moldy smell part of the time. Walls seemed thin, and noise from hallway and/or adjoining rooms can be less-than-great. One night a couple of gentlemen felt the need to have a loud conversation in the hallway at 3am. This was followed by another annoyed patron complaining, followed by a 10 minute shouting match, punctuated by threats and obscenities from the two guys who'd been loitering in the hallway. Sucked from a sleep perspective, but even more so, made me feel less than safe...

Small well-maintained workout room, and outdoor pool. Breakfast area is nice, though small. Folks were stacked up waiting for a table every day I was there, and tripping over one another to get to the oatmeal/juice/etc.

Good location. Very convenient for KSU visits, 5 minutes from downtown kennesaw or barrett parkway. 45 minutes to an hour from ATL depending on time of day (can be longer with ugly traffic).

Staff are friendly and eager to please.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms near ice machines or elevators.

We stayed here 2 different nights; once on our way to Florida and once on our way back. Although the rooms and bathroom are not large, they were sufficient and well decorated. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean and quiet. The thing that made this hotel outstanding was the front desk staff, especially Michael, who went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, and had delicious home-baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The breakfast was fine, although it would be nice for travellers who want an early start if it started at 6 a.m. instead of 6:30 a.m. The exercise room was in good working order and all treadmills had TV screens on them. I would not hesitate to stay at this place again if we are in the area.

Room Tip: We were on 3rd floor facing the front, and everything was very quiet.

The hotel itself is a smaller hotel with only three floors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is not very large and the dining area is rather small as well. The room we reserved was a king standard. The room was small, but it was nice. The room did have a slight odor when we walked in, but we turned the air on and it seemed to clear up some with some air circulation. The vanity area was extremely small so getting ready in the morning was quiet the chore. The hotel was pretty busy with several softball teams so it was difficult to go to the lobby area/breakfast area and have a place to sit. It was so busy and loud, we actually went somewhere else to eat breakfast. Also, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel that has a band starting around 10:00 at night. Unfortunately, our room was on the front side of the hotel so we could hear the band on up in the late night/ early morning. We had to turn the fan on to try to drown it out. The one thing I did enjoy was the bed. It was soft and comfortable. Once I did finally get to sleep, I slept really well.

Room Tip: We chose a standard king. It was a small room. I am not sure if the upgraded room would be much bigger.
