“dont let the exterior fool you, this place has great Thai food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 10, 2014 via mobile

Went of this restaurant based on a recommendation. Our kids had the chicken and broccoli. My wife and I both had different curries. My Penang curry was outstanding. It was spicy without being overpowering. We stayed away from the pad Thai based on previous reviews. We had the mango and sweet sticky rice which was very good, although it could have used a little more coconut milk.
There is a play area for small kids, which is nice. Service was very good as well.

“An excellent Thai restaurant in an unexpected place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2014

We drove by this restaurant on Fourth Street by accident at lunch and saw many cars parked there. We were on our way to eat seafood at Chinooks, so did not stop. However, the next evening after our all day Glacier cruise we decided to try it out. It was busy again, but we were able to get a table beside a delightful and beautiful salt water aquarium. We ordered corn and tofu fritters as appetizers, tom khai soup, and pad thai, along with a couple of beers. The soup was authentic and tasty with plenty of lime leaves, galengal, mushrooms, and chicken. We ordered it spicy and it was! Just perfect. The corn and tofu fritters were good and has a very tasty Thai sauce. The pad thai was good, but you can get better in Thailand (but only rarely in the US). We lived in Thailand for many years and really love Thai food so it is great to find a good restaurant in little old Seward.

“Great food”

The food was excellent, their Summer Rolls were addictive, I probably could have ate those every meal. The atmosphere was fun and the service was great.

“Yummy Food and good service”

Its good ethnic food ,considering its in Alaska. Service was quick and attentive. Food was yummy and served in remarkable time ( less than 15 minutes) , I guess as we went at odd time of post lunch.

“I am now hooked on Thai food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2014 via mobile

This was the first Thai restaurant we have ever been to. It was recommended to us by a local resident in Seward and we are so glad for that. The food and service was excellent! So flavorful. We ordered Pad Thai and a Curry Soup. They were both delicious! It can be very busy so you might have to wait a little bit for your food to come out, but it is well worth it.
