“A pleasant place to take a walk”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2012

The walk starts at the Alaska SeaLife Center and follows the shore along the former route of the Alaska Railroad (which had to be moved after the 1964 earthquake). It offers nice views of the bay and the snow-capped peaks on the other side of the bay, before reaching several campgrounds. A nice place to take an after-dinner walk.

“Take a walk along Resurrection Bay”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2012

An alternative way to walk from the small boat harbor to downtown Seward is the path in the Waterfront Park along the bay. The northern end of the park is available for tent or RV campers. Many water birds are visible from the path.

“Very nice RV Parking”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2012

We stayed right on the water front and watched the dolphins and otters swimming by. Outside we saw a Bald Eagles being attacked by a sea gull, stupid gull. Walking distance to town. Watched the cruise ships coming and going. I recommend staying there for $15.00 for dry camping, nice

“The real Seward!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 10, 2012

Good place to see the heartbeat of Seward. See fish boats and their catch coming in, get your own trip, buy a souvenirs or a bite to eat. Easy walk.
