“Lots Of Wildlife”
Reviewed December 3, 2013

The bay is filled with whales in May, and the tour guides on the day cruises know where to find them. We have also kayaked the bay several times, and stayed in the state park cabins that are available to rent. An amazing place.

“A relaxing and beautiful trip”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

I have taken one of the tours twice now, once with my husband a few years ago and and once with my kids and grandkids this past summer. Thoroughly enjoyed it both times. We were very fortunate with the weather and saw lots of wildlife both times. The trip this summer was with Major Marine Tours. We took the five hour tour and left the baby home and took the four-year-old. They had a junior Ranger program that she enjoyed. There are many different trips. If you are in the area, I heartily recommend that you take one of them. We did not do the buffet; took our own food and could purchase some drinks there.

“Breathtaking!”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

Oh my goodness! I wish everybody could see Resurrection Bay. No matter where you look, there's a calendar-shot of natural beauty. The entire road from Anchorage to Seward is a scenic wonder. Resurrection Bay is the crown jewel of the drive.

“A beautiful and unique place with incredible wildlife sightings and mountain views”
Reviewed September 30, 2013 via mobile

We took a Kenai Fjords cruise with a dinner stop off on Fox Island. Resurrection Bay is incredible. We saw orca and humpback whales, harbor seals, stellar sea lions and otters. There were vast numbers of birds including many types of ducks, gulls, eagles, and our favorites-the puffins. The mountain scenery and glacier views are incredible. If you are in the Seward area, be sure to spend the time and money to take a cruise in Resurrection Bay. It is well worth it.
