We've been to Huggo's on the Rocks serveral times. The place is right off the water to the south end of the main Kona area. If you're lucky, you can park right by the place, but there's a dirt parking area right across Ali'i Drive.
In addition to the view of the bay, the floor is sand, which adds to the festive mood. Of course if you don't like the idea of sand between your toes as you sip on a beverage at the edge of the ocean, you should probably go somewhere else, like not Hawaii!
Last time we went, my wife had the nacho plate (kalua pig over nacho chips) She'd neglected to mention she didn't want jalapenos, so I got to enjoy it while she had my Bulgogi Fried Rice Bowl (I got a taste, it was excellent also)
