The spa is a joke. Family took me there for services the day before my wedding. Three of us were to have a mani/pedi and a massage. The massage was fine but the mani/pedis took so long that we were in the spa much longer than we should have been. There was only one nail tech available with a make-shift station. (Turns out she freelances and has her own shop off property.)
Only one person could get their nails done at a time so we had quite a back up. One person got a mani/pedi while the other two got massages and we still had to wait for the nail tech to finish up with the first person. The long wait put us behind for all the other wedding-related activities for the day.
