We have been to alot of luaus, and this is definitely a nice one - it is a beautiful setting looking out over the bay and back towards town. The entertainment is good - not too theatrical, very nice. Food was standard luau fare. You have to do a luau when you go to hawaii - it is part of our family tradition - and we have tried them all, from the very expensive, to the not-so-expensive, and this is a nice middle of the road option. We went on Thanksgiving, and it was great, except it did rain for part of the time. Also, we paid extra to get preferential seating. In hindsight I wish we hadn't done this, as it positioned us right in front of the speakers, which were way too loud for guests at our table. Overall, staff, entertainers, bartenders, etc. were all pleasant, and it was a great experience!
