We come back here for lunch every year when we are in Kona. The outdoor lanai is great spot to enjoy one of their great beers and have lunch. We have a nice menu with great salads and sandwiches and excellent pizzas. The wait staff is always great.

Be prepared to wait for a table - it's a busy, popular place that doesn't take reservations (why do places do that..?!) but worth it.

Mostly outside, the seating area is really nice & the staff even better. Food was quick, and really very good - I had a kale salad & the lava flow for dessert (worth coercing someone to share that with you!)

Love this place ..Great OVERPRICED SOUVENIRS..Food is Big Brew Size...Would like More Veg/Vegan Choices ...favorite are the pick 5 Micro Brew Tasters..

The pizza was good, especially enjoyed the Kohala, great combination of toppings and sauce. Pele's Own was okay. It was very spicy, might want to avoid the cajun pizza sauce if spicy isn't your thing. Though I like spicy, I found it overwhelmed the rest of the toppings, all i tasted was the pizza sauce. It was great to have a chance to try samplers some of their brews on tap, really enjoyed all of them.

The service was good. They were really busy, we waited maybe 15 min for an outside table (would have been longer to wait for an inside table) and that was during the middle of the afternoon on a weekday.
