Went here for a late supper, as it seemed one of the few places open late. Food was abundant, and hearty, if not gourmet. Lots of people here . Not sure I would go back. Fairly reasonable prices.Good bar, but probably not a place for a romantic dinner.

I've had fish and chips before, but this fish was outstanding. Had Ono instead of Mahi Mahi and it was wonderful. The service is great - the serving size is better. Lots of food so if you go away hungry, you're just not doing it right. Had to have this twice while in Kona.

No frills indeed! This is super casual; chairs are white plastic patio type chairs! A little on the warm side inside. Server was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Portions generous; we shared a meal and dessert (macadamia nut pie was yummy) and had a couple drinks. Local, casual, away from touristy stuff. Food was good, overall a good experience.

The name describes this restaurant perfectly! They are just off the road that borders the beach, but they have a great patio area on the second floor. The service was a bit slow, but we were there at a really busy time. We would have walked by this place, but a local person heard us talking about getting some lunch and stopped and told us the best place was here, so we took her advice and were really glad we did. We had the fish tacos with local ono and they were the best I think we have ever had. I got them with the onion rings and they were great as well.

Quinns was recommended to us by some locals for having really good fish and chips. The first time we got it to go. We enjoyed it enough to try it again as a sit down meal for dinner. Both times the fish was delicious. For $12.95 you get Ono (wahoo) and steak fries, green salad or pineapple coleslaw salad. We sampled all three since there were 6 of us. We recommend this place for fish and chips..after all..that's all we had based on the recommendation and thought the price was fair as you get a lot of food. When we came the second time, one of us orderd the keiki (Kids) fish and chips for $7 which was plenty to eat as the serving sizes are generous.
