This restaurant really has a lot of Wow. Right on the beach at the Four Seasons Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii, this restaurant works hard -- and succeeds -- in bringing the best the Big Island has to offer in fresh food. On a recent visit I had a wonderful butterfish brushed with Miso: it was fantastic. It was beautifully presented and simply melted in one's mouth. My husband had an Asian inspired Ahi which was equally flavorful. The dessert was a decadent chocolate souffle that ended the meal perfectly along with the fantastic Kona coffee. I compliment the sommelier who went out of her way to find us a special wine we wanted. The beach location is one of the best in Hawaii. And I really respect their using mostly local ingredients on their menu items. All this comes at a high price, but worth it for a splurge.
