I had to cancel our trip two weeks ahead of time. My mother was in hospital. Since it was so close to the time I honestly didn't expect any money back. Talked to John, he worked with me. He got it rerented, except for two days. Flip key kept their fees, of course. But John got me a little over half the money back. He only charged for those two days. Again, Thank you John.
