My rating is for the Amici "experience" only. We had tickets for a show at the theater and decided to pop into Amici's and have a drink. We ordered wine at the bar. The glasses were HUGE and the serving was generous. We noticed several tables with diners. While we were enjoying the wine, the kitchen and portions of the restaurant experienced a power outage which affected their ability to process credit cards. The guy behind the bar was calm, cool and collected. We would never have known there was a problem except that we planned to pay for our drinks with a credit card. When we shifted to cash, the bartender gave us our drinks on the house. Although we did not order any food, we looked at the menu. Prices run up to $23 for entrees. The interior reconfiguration is nice and makes for a better flow. I also like the decor - more of an intimate feel to the place. I'm sure I'll be back to try the food, but the prices make it a 'special treat' kind of place.
