We ate at Sam Choy's twice. It's up on a rise in Kailua Kona and has a pretty good view of the sea. It's also popular, so do make a reservation and be prepared for a parking challenge. Given the prices, however, I expected the food to be better than average...and, frankly, our entrees were just so-so. Service was fine, if a bit harried. Food came hot to the table.
