“The Krueger Family Christmas Vacation”

It was wonderful. My Pam is in a wheel chair and the crew got her up the ramp and on the boat with her dignity intact. The staff was extremely friendly and very awesome! The very best service! The cruise was calm and delightful on board the state-of-the-art, 65-foot catamaran. Saw dolphins, learned some of the history of the island, ate delicious food, listened to live entertainment and watched the hula dancing just a few feet away. The sunset was spectacular. THANK YOU all, this cruise is a must for all who come to the Big Island of Hawaii.

“humpbacks”
Reviewed January 2, 2014

we took off from the pier at King Kamahamaha hotel and set off looking for humpbacks and a half hour later we ran across 2 smaller animals and watched them for 20 minutes or so , a few of our group got a little green from the boat sitting still while we watched the whales as the boat rocks from the waves while not under power a couple of them were calling for Ralph , on the return we met a pod of dolphins and enjoyed thier antics as they followed the boat , thanks Shayley

“Informative and fun whale watching”
Reviewed December 29, 2013 via mobile

We went on this morning cruise last weekit was a fairly full boat, they had complimentary fruit, soda, hot chocolate, coffee, juices, and snack mix. They also had drinks available for purchase. We sat on the top in the middle, there was more motion on the top but we weren't bothered by it. We saw 3 whales and a few dolphins and flying fish, though my favorite part was just the boat ride.

About 1/3 of the people on the boat showed up ready to snorkel, but it wasn't a snorkeling trip, be sure to verify which trip you sign up to take.

The naturalist on board, Denver was full if information and happy to answer questions. Mike, one of the crew members was very personable and my kids really liked him.

Aloha Hansonfam,

Thank you for your review here! I love hearing guests talk about how much they enjoyed the boat ride alone. It really is enough to satisfy so many! Sometimes, seeing a few whales, fish, and dolphins is icing on the cake.

It's strange that so many were prepared for a different trip. This was the first year we offered a guarantee to see whales on our Deluxe Morning Snorkel, and I think it created some confusion at times. Thanks for sharing. We are going to make an extra effort next season to verify our guests know the difference between a Deluxe Morning Snorkel and Whale Watch, and our mid-day Whale Watch where no guest enters the water.

Denver is awesome. I think we may have stumped him only a handful of times with questions during his tenure here (almost 20 years!). He's a wealth of information and we're happy you took advantage of it!

Many Mahalos,

Chris Grossi @ Body Glove Cruises

“Great experience for the whole family!”
Reviewed December 23, 2013 via mobile

Welcoming staff and crew! Lots to see, spinner dolphins, humpback whales, manta rays, along with the coral reef with lots of beautiful colorful fish. The boat had a slide and dive platform and the snorkeling gear was great. Something for everyone. We did the SNUBA upgrade with Mia and were not disappointed. It was a highlight of our time in Kona! The food and fun were plentiful!

Aloha jobird65,

Your review is appreciated. Thank you! You saw it all!

Your Snuba instructor Mia sends her regards. People like you really get all there is to get out of the Deluxe Morning Snorkel & Dolphin Adventure!

And I think we may use "the food and fun are plentiful" as a tagline somewhere!

Many Mahalos,
