This is your typical older 3 star hotel. For a decent price you can't really argue - 3 star price, 3 star quallity. The rooms are small, but clean (with the exception of balcony chairs) and have older furniture. The views are nice: front rooms look on a pool, pine trees and a glimpse of sea, but can be a little noisy due to the pool water showers, the back rooms look a bit quieter and look on a park and pine trees. The hotel soroundings are mainained well, the grass, flowers, the pool. Everything neat and clean. The location is lovely, 50 m from the sea, the pine trees offer lots of shade, there's mini golf and other sports activity rental, the parking space is covered. And everything is just meters away.
The female reception staff are very nice, which sadly couldn't be said for their older male coleague. He was ignorant and slow. I got a feeling if we stick around we could also experience rude. The breakfast and dinner had a lot variety, but the food at dinnertime was just avarage. There were drinks included: non alcoholic drinks from the machine (not good) and beer and wine.
The only downside were a big group of teenagers with too little supervision on their sports trip. We were told about them on our arrival, but didn't expect them to scream and party all night and making phone calls to other guests rooms and bothering them. The reception was useless with dealing with the situation. If it weren't for that, our stay would have been lovely.
