We were extremely impressed with this campsite. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff made our stay particularly enjoyable. They all have excellent language skills and are friendly and helpful, especially (from our experience) the reception, supermarket, tourist shop, pool and washing machine staff (yes there is a lady who does your clothes washing for you!) Thank you especially to Iva in the tourist shop and Lukas at the pool. And the grounds staff are amazing. Maintaining beautiful flower beds in the August heat. There are many amenities and our teenage sons especially enjoyed their time at the resort. There are restaurants, a bar, sports facilities, pools (including a tidal pool), immediate access to the beach from the campsite (pebbles or rocks) and a well stocked supermarket onsite which made daily life extremely easy. There is nightly free entertainment and it is generally of an excellent standard. The bands that perform are generally extremely good. We particularly enjoyed the Coldplay tribute band and the trio of acoustic guitar players. Negatives for me: - mosquitos (nothing the owners/staff can do about these!) - bring/buy repellent! - payment for sun-beds! I really don’t expect to have to pay 50kn per sun-bed per day - non-resident access to the site which means that sun-beds on the beach can be taken, leaving none available for residents. - payment for ping pong/table tennis!
