The reviews I'd been reading before going had been a bit discouraging, and I was a bit anxious about where I was dragging my family to, but as it turned out, I needn't have worried. The campsite is beautifully located. The receptionists were perhaps not hearty, but friendly enough (although a bit surprised that I refused to leave our IDs at the reception desk for a couple of hours). The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, big enough for 6 (we've had more cramped), kitchen well-equipped, towels changed every 3 days. The campsite area was very clean. We were there for a week, and we never heard any loud music other reviewers mentioned, really, not even a sound. The campsite's beach was sometimes a bit crowded, but if you turn left instead of right and use the adjacent beach which borders on Camp Soline's, it's much better, sometimes we were almost alone there. 5 minutes' walk to great water slides (bear in mind they are not part of the camp and you have to pay extra). You simply MUST try the pizza in the campsite restaurant - it's great, really Italian, as if you went to Florence or Rome. Downside: the campsite's play area. A bit dated and badly-designed, I was afraid that my kids would trip or bang their heads against too low attached bars, or fall off the construction because it was not secured from...The reviews I'd been reading before going had been a bit discouraging, and I was a bit anxious about where I was dragging my family to, but as it turned out, I needn't have worried. I took them away very quickly, i just don't think it's safe enough. But that's just about it as far as downsides are concerned (or maybe one more is slow and expensive Wi-Fi, but that's standard). To sum up: a really nice place, much cheaper than other camps in Vacansoleil's offer in Croatia, but just as good; great value for money.More
