Description: Join us in our relaxed, art-filled restaurant for lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch. Our menus feature fresh seafood, steaks and prime rib, pastas, salads and delicious vegetarian dishes. We take pride in baking our own sourdough bread daily, and making all of our own soups, dressings and desserts. When available, we incorporate fresh & organic fruits and vegetables from our own Faultline Farm. Dine poolside, or indoors, and enjoy live acoustic music seven nights a week. Visit our blog to see our monthly music schedules. Our restaurant seats on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend calling ahead 30-40 minutes before you plan on arriving to speak with our host. We will be happy to give you an update on how busy we are, and if there is a wait list, put your name it. To keep things flowing in our small dining room, we will direct large parties of 10 or more to make arrangements with our Restaurant Manager.

This is a gem in the desert, where good food is hard to get. Enjoy the steak and cheesecake.'
Quaint eatery where you can see the pool while dining and they have entertainment.
You won't be disappointed.

“Nostalgia”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 7, 2014

Nostalgia was the reason for my wife and myself to revisit this restaurant during our recent stay in 29 Palms. 20 years ago we had dinner here and were pleased enough to remember it. Well, nothing has really changed since than. It's still a funky location with good food, nice drinks and an eclectic crowd.

“could not be friendlier”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 8, 2013

a quaint restaurant, part of an inn, a bit off the main highway. live music in the small and cramped dining room which was packed when we arrived on a monday evening so a headlamp was positioned at an outside table at the (covered) pool for us. outstanding. a couple of soups were offered; each unusual and great. main dishes were somewhat average but the friendly service and atmosphere more than made up for it. prices are more than reasonable so the bill was a pleasant surprise. one highlight was their home baked sourdough bread, made from a 200 year old starter given to the owners by a frenchman twenty years ago.

“Experience was sum of the parts”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 4, 2013 via mobile

Warm, pleasant place with nice decor - frequented by locals - while we were there a local was celebrating his 62nd birthday with 9 friends - music by a very talented fiddler and guitarist - food was good to very good, nothing exceptional - hearty pizza and pasta - pork cutlet tough (over cooked) - overall a really enjoyable experience
