We stayed at Franzlhof campsite for 7 days in March 2018 in a motorhome. The site has good access and the roads were clear when we were there, although our pitch had hard compact ice on it - but this was no problem. The campsite charge separately for electric 0.80 euros per kilowatt, so if you are planning on leaving your electric heating on whilst your away skiing your bill will be expensive. We switched our heating off whilst skiing and the used a mixture of gas and electric when we were in keeping the costs down to around 8 euros per day.
The sites facilities are very good. A ski bus stops outside the site and takes you straight to the gondala and there is a ski and boot storage area. You can walk to the gondola from the campsite and takes around 20 minutes. The shower and toilet area is excellent. Very clean and very modern. Soll as a ski area is also excellent. It connects to a very large area accessible via chairlifts/gondolas from Soll. Apres-ski is also good, probably the best pub we found was the Salvenstadt pub.
This was our second ski holiday in a motorhome and was a really good experience and a campsite we would recommend.

Visited this campsite whilst skiing in Soll, very close to centre with a bus collecting & dropping off for skiing right outside the gate. Fantastic facilities, so clean & modern. Laundry facilities very reasonable at €2 per wash & dry. Heated boot room & areas for drying ski clothes if necessary. There is also a hotel & restaurant, we had a meal in the restaurant & it was lovely. As we found the electric is charged per day, so if you’re not aware of this & have your heating on high you can expect a big bill, but be sensible & mix your gas & electric & it’s not too bad.
Definitely recommend
