We are a group of 8 enjoying 4 days skiing in Austria and this evening we are at Cuisine Gaia.

As you enter the restaurant you realise you are entering somewhere with a difference. A really lovely ambience.

The food is simply stunning. I had a starter of ‘spring roll’ ....... best spring roll ever had.

Main course was the chicken tikka and asked for extra hot. Wow the flavours were exceptional, the service just perfect.

Highly recommend this restaurant it is really is one of the best meals.

Thank you to the team at Cuisine Gaia, we will all be back before we leave Austria.

A bit tucked away near the Red Horse pub but well worth a visit. You won’t find your normal ‘ruby’ here, more a small selection of starters and mains that will be new for most people but well worth trying.

Superb presentation throughout, great flavours and great value.

Try it

Was recommended this place by a friend who’s lived in the area for several years.
It’s a little tricky to find but in a small square at the back of Salven.
Do not expect popadoms and Cobra beer, but rather the chef’s own take on Indian food, the result is superb with a very unique brand of food that I fully recommend.
Those liking really hot spicy food should ask the table staff and are happy to oblige

We stumbled across this "Asian fusion" restaurant and what a lucky find it proved to be. The chef is Austrian of Indian descent and the food reflects this. It is not the traditional "heavy" Indian curries, which I do like, but rather a lighter, more aromatic and subtler approach. The chicken dishes my wife and I had were simply stunning, moist and full of flavour, The ambience is peaceful, service is friendly and attentive, menu is varied but not too long and the prices are very reasonable. This makes a refreshing change from the more traditional fare served in other Soll restaurants and absolutely worth a visit.
