My wife and I had dinner at Peking-Tokyo for the first time before seeing a movie at the complex across the street. The restaurant has an enormous menu will pages of selections for both Chinese and Japanese cuisines. Additionally, there is a large sushi bar on the premises. We selected entrees from both nationalities and found both to be quite average in preparation and flavor - nothing special but nothing objectionable. Service was a bit spotty with long waits for ordering and the bill but again nothing terribly good or bad. My impression is that they would be better served to concentrate on a small enlist of dishes and make them fresher and more interesting.
