First of all, the woman I spoke to on the phone, Veronica, was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were some quirks even she could not fix. Our room, 31, was suite-ish with a separate kitchen (no silverware), and pull out bed in addition to a king-sized bed. It was comfy enough, though the layout of the pullout bed (which we used for our son) met the foot of our bed when opened. Don't know why it couldn't be laid out on another wall. One side lamp came with a hanging lightbulb socket which, although we reported a few times, never got fixed. After our second call, however, the repairman pounded on our door at 7 a.m.(!!) the morning we were leaving. We told him to go away. Oh, and our bed was never made up. But the two worst problems: our room must have been over some sort of huge heating system or ?? because every hour or so, the floor and wall where the headboard was started to rattle and hum. Yes, we told the desk. No one came to see/hear it and I am sure it must be an ongoing issue. Okay, the worst was the group of pants-on-the-ground guys in the lobby with a 24-pack of beer at 9 a.m. taking over all the seating in the lobby and just hangin'. They didn't appear to be guests since the hotel employees knew them and never asked them to move along. I don't think Mr. Best Western "Plus" would be happy.
