After going to John Muir National Historic Site, we needed a place for lunch and didn't want a chain restaurant. We stopped by the Copper Skillet and had a wonderful meal. I had a huge, overstuffed, and delicious tuna melt, and my wife had a heaping plate of spaghetti. The servings were huge (big enough that we were able to feed both adults and my son from two meals), the food was delicious, and the price was awesome. The building was also pretty cool as well, and the staff was as friendly as can be. What a nice respite from fast food and chain restaurants!
