We ate a the Grauer Bar restaurant a few times and the choice of soups and salads at the buffet was great.
However, the main courses were incredibly salty. The meat was dry every night and our vegetarian diner was served a plate of salty polenta (JUST polenta - no veg, nothing!) one evening. On the second evening he was given a plate of chopped tomatoes and onions with four squares of bruschetta-style French bread. No cheese, no protein. It was like a light starter, not a full meal.
For a four star restaurant, the kitchen really needs to work on their meat-free options!!!
