“Fab staff!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 12, 2013

We stayed here first week of April, a family of 3. The chalet was very clean & rooms very spacious & comfortable. Shower hot & powerful.
All of the chalet staff were very kind & helpful (No Commandant Suzy!...see a previous review).
Bob the chef & Milly in the kitchen were especially helpful with evening meals for my 9 year old daughter. Even making her a lovely Birthday cake! Everyone who served us had a smile & were happy & friendly.
St Anton is a great resort & it's only a short walk to the bottom of the Nasserein Gondola from the chalet.
We met some lovely people in the chalet ( some who'd stayed before ) & we'd love to return.
Thanks to all.

After the usual fare of French chalets it was nice to stay in somewhere clean and well lit and with decent bathrooms . The dining room had enough space ;there's a decent sized chill out lounge if you're feeling sociable to meet other guests . The staff were the usual mix of older and gap year kids . People expect too much I reckon and this lot were good and courteous and kept the place spotless . The only bad bit is the boot rom is a bit tiny for all the guests equipment . All else was pretty darn good . I've done thirty trips now in all standards of accommodation and could have no serious gripe regards anything here .

Room Tip: Room 14 has windows all round but overlooks the Austrian Irish bar and is a racket on Singalong nigh...

Location is good, rooms and food not bad (A little more on the portions would have been nice). Everything else makes you feel like you’ve joined a boot camp for Chrystal Rep training, under Commandant Suzy. This was the worst hosted Chalet I have ever stayed in. I’m just so pleased that if it had to happen, best it happened at St Anton, as you can escape to the excellent local Après life.
Although the Chalet was the local digs for all the Crystal Reps in the town, the other occupants were no trouble. My main complaint was that this was not a normal Chalet where you can sit, relax and enjoy. This place was run strictly by the numbers all the way through the week, that took all the fun out of the holiday, not only for the Guests but for the other reps working in the Chalet. This style of Chalet hosting probably works really well for families, but did not impress adult only groups. Well done Suzy keep up the good work and you could be head hunted by Wormwood Scrubs for your next position.

A comfortable, clean, spacious chalet with good facilities. Its just the right size with capacity to take 32 people and located near to the slopes and lift.Half term is never easy for skiing with a ghastly system for picking up boots and skis and a packed resort with a scrum on the lifts. What made this holiday one of the better experiences was the excellent staff led by Suzy. The food prepared by Bob was very good indeed and the staff were so attentive and helpful to all their guests.A superb team who hopefully get the recognition from Crystal that they richly deserve.

Room Tip: Top floor rooms looking out onto the slopes are good

This accommodation ticked all the boxes for our family skiing holiday.
Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, good food and a chalet team who always went the extra mile to look after us.
Suzy, Laura, Amelia and Bob the chef are a great team and a credit to Crystal.

Amazing experience. The chalet is clean, spacious and well located. But the difference is the staff. An amazing team who couldn't do enough for us and clearly care about the guests. Special mention to Bob the chef. We have done the non-catering option in St Anton before, but the food in the chalet was better than any of the restaurants in the resort.

Great trip and I couldn't recommend the chalet highly enough.

The staff at the chalet were top class. I couldn't fault them the food was fantastic, the rooms were always clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I would reccommend this chalet to anyone who wants to get away for some fantastic skiing or snow boarding then to relax somewhere which feels like a home from home.
